Mr. Alfonso Wong

Alfonso Wong (1925-2017) was born in Tianjin. In 1956, he moved to Hong Kong, where he contributed to the comic sections of Comic World and Sing Tao Evening Post. His works include Old Master Q, Old Master Q’s Crazy Comics and Old Master Q’s Crazy World.

Joseph Wong Chak (1950- ), eldest son of Alfonso Wong, educated in the US. An architect, artist and university professor, he took over the legacy of his father’s Old Master Q in 1995.
